The FACTS 9.2.0 release of Service and Repair includes these enhancements.
Header and line notes were added to these programs: Service Proposal Entry (SRE510), Service Contract Entry (SRE520), Contract Invoice Maintenance (SRE550), and Contract/Proposal Inquiry (SRI510).
Proposal Print (SRP520), Service Contract Print (SRP525), and Contract Invoice Print (SRP530) were also updated to print the header and line notes.

The ability to assign repair parts for preventative maintenance processing was added. These programs were modified to allow for repair parts processing for preventative maintenance:
The AR Detail (ARI614) (ARI691) windows, which are available from the AR Detail button on the Open Docs and Paid Docs views of Customer Inquiry, were enhanced to print past Service Contract Invoices.
These additional programs were also modified:
The Service Proposal Entry and Contract Entry programs were enhanced to include the ability to add ‘NEW’ customers and ship-to’s. This functionality allows entering customer information for potentially new customers without cluttering up the customer master file.
In the SR Static Control FM (SRF990) program, a new prompt was also included to control whether this feature is available

When printing service proposals and contracts, the contract the billing schedule (annually, quarterly, etc) is now included in the header.
These additional programs were also modified:
The Service Ticket Dispatch program was enhanced so that when changing information on a service order with multiple lines, the system now offers to change all lines.
These enhancements were added to Contract/Proposal Inquiry:
The Contract Invoice Maintenance program was enhanced to display the contract number for the invoice.
